To achieve this goal, we are in search of enthusiastic servers who thrive in a lively, fast-paced, and welcoming atmosphere.


A Corky's Server plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests enjoy delightful dining experiences by offering top-notch customer service. A server should possess a fundamental understanding of the menu, including beverages such as beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Availability should encompass evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening tasks

Engage effectively with guests and team members

Take food and drink orders from guests

Maintain a keen attention to detail

Ensure that all orders are precise and delivered to each table promptly

Recommend appetizers and main courses to guests

Collaborate closely with management to promptly address all guest inquiries and

requirements

Confirm orders with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary

Assist in setting up tables and rearranging them for larger groups

Work efficiently and maintain a brisk pace

Adhere to sanitation standards

Perform closing tasks

Cooperate with all staff members and provide assistance as needed

Qualifications:
Proficiency in the English language

Ability to think quickly and work as a team player, exhibiting friendliness and professionalism even in challenging situations

Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Basic skills in handling money

Capability to lift heavy trays filled with food and glassware

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Uphold all brand standards

Minimum age of 18 years

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
