Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily staffing assignments and levels within our 75-bed hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels within the hospital
  • Provide direction, orient new staff, train, coach, and mentor staff on a daily basis
  • Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
  • Three to five years of progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Nevada RN License
  • American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS; and NRP within 90 days of hire
