Training Program Overview
Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful Maintenance Technician. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in online learning and job shadowing opportunities
- Assist experienced maintenance technicians with various tasks and projects
- Develop skills in areas such as drywall repair, plumbing, and HVAC
- Learn about safety protocols and customer service best practices
- Manage work orders and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- On-call availability for after-hours emergencies
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 118 pounds and push/pull up to 77 pounds
