Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting the implementation of our business unit's Fuel & Merchandise Marketing strategy to achieve key business objectives. This position will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager, our Marketing & Merchandising Departments, and other stakeholders to develop localized marketing and advertising campaigns that drive product promotions and store exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns to drive sales and promote products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including signage, digital assets, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets and expenses to ensure effective use of resources.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in design and layout.
