We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be advantageous.
