Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on supplier performance and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a high-tech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software and systems.
