Stanford University is seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join the Confidential Support Team (CST) within the division of Student Affairs. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention services to students impacted by sexual and relationship violence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-informed therapy for trauma-related symptoms resulting from campus sexual and relationship violence.
- Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with university staff, faculty, and administrators to provide education and support services.
- Participate in center meetings and development activities, and contribute to original research and program evaluation.
- May provide supervision of practicum students, pre-doctoral interns, post-doctoral fellows, or psychiatry residents/fellows.
- PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-approved training program.
- Completion of an APA-approved internship.
- Minimum of one year of postdoctoral training.
- Licensure in California.
- High level of energy, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Student development knowledge and experience in college/university settings.
- Bi- or multi-lingual therapy skills.
- Work or lived experience with underrepresented minority communities.
This is a hybrid position requiring two to three days of onsite work per week depending on departmental needs. Successful candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 to $143,000 annually. The actual pay will be pro-rated based on the 50% FTE.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.
