Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking high-quality cakes in all sizes and flavors, maintaining a clean and sanitized baking station, and tracking inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Baking: Bake cakes in all sizes and flavors by following established recipes and time standards.
  • Quality Control: Remove cakes from pans and package them properly to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory of baked goods and communicate with management about equipment needs and maintenance.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Keep the baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: No experience necessary; we will train the right person.
  • Compensation: Earn a minimum of $12.00 per hour to start, with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance and drive.
