Sailing Instructor

Cornell University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sailing Instructor to join our team at the Merrill Family Sailing Center. As a Sailing Instructor, you will play a key role in teaching students the fundamentals of sailing and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Teach sailing classes to students of varying skill levels
• Assist with the development and implementation of sailing programs
• Supervise student employees and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with other staff members to promote the Merrill Family Sailing Center and its programs

• Previous experience in sailing or a related field
• Knowledge of sailing techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively with students and staff of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
