About the Position

Cornell University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sailing Instructor to join our team at the Merrill Family Sailing Center. As a Sailing Instructor, you will play a key role in teaching students the fundamentals of sailing and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach sailing classes to students of varying skill levels
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sailing programs and events
  • Provide guidance and support to student employees and volunteers
  • Maintain a safe and organized sailing environment
Requirements
  • Knowledge of sailing techniques and safety protocols
  • Experience in teaching or coaching sailing
