Job Responsibilities

This IGA Security Compliance Expert role requires expertise in investigating and reverse-engineering the existing RHEL operating system and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) setup to understand current configurations and dependencies. You will support the migration of Oracle Identity Manager from version 11g Rel 2 to version 12 Rel 14, upgrade the existing RHEL 7.9 Operating System to RHEL 9, analyze system performance, and implement necessary patches and updates to mitigate vulnerabilities and optimize system stability. Your experience in collaborating with internal teams to address memory, performance, and integration issues with connected systems like HRD, Microsoft Active Directory, and Phoenix is essential. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and support continuity. You will also develop and implement automation scripts to streamline system maintenance, performance monitoring, and security compliance. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be valuable assets in resolving system issues in both production and COOP environments. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can enforce compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to identity and access management. A strong background in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Suite and/or equivalent IdAM tools is required. Experience with Linux operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Windows Server operating system environments and Active Directory administration is also essential. Familiarity with virtual environments (VMware hypervisor environment), database queries using tools like SQLDeveloper or SQLPlus, Red Hat Identity Policy and Authentication (IPA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services, Network Architecture and Design, SAML, STS, XACML, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services and Lightweight Directory Services is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
