About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Sprezzatura Management Consulting, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency management and security operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-level expertise in emergency management operations, preparedness, and security protocols.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to stakeholders during emergencies or security incidents, and for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local emergency preparedness and security protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Emergency Management, Security Studies, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in emergency management, security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing high-level reports, briefings, and presentations.
