Busser - Chesterfield

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Bar Louie. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring every guest has a clean and sanitized place to enjoy themselves. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and restocking supplies.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• Provide exceptional customer service by making eye contact, greeting guests, and addressing their needs
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
• Follow all policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling
• Practice responsible alcohol service and involve management as needed

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
