Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager with a successful background selling software, hardware, or business services in your area. As a Sales Account Manager, you will maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to ensure the continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite's cloud-based business operations system.

Responsibilities
  1. Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of NetSuite clients.
  2. Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with your manager.
  3. Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes, and contract preparation and execution.
  4. Network internally with NetSuite Peers/Leadership, Value Added Teams, Marketing, and Enablement to increase sales performance.
  5. Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts.
  6. Analyze customers' business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  7. Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and lead the ongoing business relationship with clients.
  8. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing client base with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor.
  9. Provide support for immediate client needs, order and quote administration, and follow-up for client fulfillment. Interact with the Engineering team for appropriate support.
  10. Schedule appointments with existing clients to review product/service needs to identify opportunities.
  11. Participate in planning, driving attendance, and executing marketing activities, including Webinars, Seminars, and other Client events.
  12. Manage the sales cycle for product and service opportunities within the existing client base.
  13. Maintain and update all assigned accounts and opportunities in the CRM system.
  14. Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as client contact information and status in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or management.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Software ERP Sales and Services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Strong track record of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
