About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching to promote optimal care.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families.
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document required patient education efforts and facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance and lead a small patient care team.
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed and perform additional tasks as requested.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $114,000 depending on experience.
