About the Company:
HOTWORX is a groundbreaking fitness establishment that merges cutting-edge infrared sauna technology with a comprehensive training regimen centered on heat, infrared energy, and physical activity. Our facility provides 24/7 access to a variety of sessions, including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, all led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote membership expansion by advocating for our innovative fitness model in New York City.
- Enhance the client experience through effective sales techniques, onboarding processes, and outstanding customer service.
- Market HOTWORX through community engagement via social media, events, and other outreach methods.
- Meet sales objectives while cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for members.
- Ensure a clean and efficient studio environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer service (preferred).
A personal commitment to fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide comprehensive training, certifications, and support for your success, along with a competitive salary, commissions, bonuses, complimentary studio access, and product discounts. The role offers earnings based on performance.
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Salary: $16-$20/hour with additional performance-based incentives.
