Forklift Mechanic Job Description

C&C Lift Truck Inc is seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic to join our team in the NY, NJ, and Eastern PA areas. As a Forklift Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our customers' forklifts and other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other heavy equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Use diagnostic tools to test equipment components
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure all work meets company standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or related field
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
