Vip Staffing - zrfw is seeking an experienced Vinyl Machine Technician to work in a sign manufacturing shop. This is a long-term opportunity with a possibility of hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process cut and print files from client designs
  • Pull and manage materials for orders
  • Set up and maintain machinery, including changing consumables and tooling
  • Operate machines for part processing, ensuring accuracy and safety
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on machines
  • Read and interpret measurements and plans to ensure quality control
  • Identify and address defective materials
  • Pack and stage materials for shipping, meeting customer requirements
  • Manage scrap materials efficiently and accurately
  • Confirm work orders on paper and computer
  • Assist with supply management and moving materials as needed
  • Maximize productivity to meet finished goods creation goals
Requirements

Experience in sign manufacturing or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
