Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and report on clinical quality data to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Minimum two (2) years LPN/LVN experience; at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling and daily operations supervision
  • Certified in CPR and First Aid
