About the Role:

The Musician's Woodshed is seeking a part-time staff member to help administer our music school in Lake Travis, TX. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students arriving for lessons and ensure teachers stay on schedule
  • Respond to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
  • Interface with teachers to help them manage student schedules
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in music and music education is an asset

What We Offer:

  • Pay commensurate with experience and a range of $15-$17/hour
  • 401(k) with company matching available after 3 months
