  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets each guest with a warm and welcoming demeanor, maintaining awareness of tone and body language at all times
  • Efficiently inputs drink orders into the POS system, collecting payment from guests for drinks served in a timely manner
  • Safely serves alcohol, demonstrating awareness of guests' state of intoxication
  • Anticipates guests' needs, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of service
  • Completes all side work as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicates effectively with other staff and management regarding guest needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent people skills
  • Active TABC and ServSafe certification, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
