Job Overview

Steve Brown Apartments is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our concierge team as a Resident Experience Coordinator. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional service to our residents while developing valuable skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Assist with daily operations, including answering phones, accepting deliveries, and performing property walks
  • Work resident events and activities, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, responding to their needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or retail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
