Our team of experts provides technically complex and reliable SCADA systems for transportation, aviation, water/wastewater, and mission-critical environments. You'll be involved in designing or integrating power systems, life safety systems, traffic systems, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot SCADA networks, control panels, and human machine interfaces
  • Install, start up, and test new PLC-based SCADA systems
  • Commission PLC-based SCADA systems
  • Retrofit existing PLC controls panels, PLC software, and HMI software
  • Engage with SCADA vendors and manufacturers to understand product capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a control system focus
  • Professional expertise in maintaining, testing, startup/integration, and troubleshooting of PLC-based SCADA hardware and software used in industrial control systems
  • Extensive hands-on field experience with instrumentation commonly used in control systems
  • Nights and weekend work may be required for critical systems
  • 10%-15% travel time expected with trip durations 1 to 2 weeks, local or international travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) certification through ISA is preferred
  • Experience with programming of Siemens 400H PLC, Simatic Step 7, TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation ControlLogix and CompactLogix platform, Rockwell Studio 5000, Schneider PLCs, Wonderware, WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition, and IFIX HMI software programming
