About the Role:

As a Dental Hygiene Specialist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor

Manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education

Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development

Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution

Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
