Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting the pharmacist, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, in-store and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist the pharmacist in refilling and packaging prescription medications, processing computer insurance claims, and checking out patients at the register and drive-thru.
  • Administrative Tasks: Field phone calls, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changes in facility needs and priorities.
Schedule Requirements

We offer a flexible schedule with various shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Our team members are expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
