Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Accurate Personnel Files: Ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate Interviews and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Support HR Projects: Assist with various HR-related projects, including events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications, and company-wide meetings.
- Manage Payroll Processes: Oversee payroll processes, including union dues, pension, and benefits deductions, and ensure accurate reporting in the HRIS and e-time system.
- Perform Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including copying, filing, posting notices, scanning, and faxing.
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive HR responsibilities preferred.
- Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable with HRIS and Etime system.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration or related field.
- Bi-lingual - Spanish.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
