Administrative Coordinator - Human Resources

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator - Human Resources to join our team at The SYGMA Network. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Accurate Personnel Files: Ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Interviews and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Support HR Projects: Assist with various HR-related projects, including events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications, and company-wide meetings.
  • Manage Payroll Processes: Oversee payroll processes, including union dues, pension, and benefits deductions, and ensure accurate reporting in the HRIS and e-time system.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including copying, filing, posting notices, scanning, and faxing.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive HR responsibilities preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable with HRIS and Etime system.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration or related field.
  • Bi-lingual - Spanish.
