We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Processor to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a vital role in accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise, and achieving daily and weekly production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Accept and process donations, including sorting and pricing merchandise
- Achieve daily and weekly production goals, including hitting the overall company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour
- Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist the team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable
- Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting
- Commitment to KARM Stores mission and mission statement
- Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
- Ability to stand up to 100% of a standard work day, lift and bend up to 75% of a standard work day, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity
Entry-level pay begins from $10-$14/hr based on experience.
