Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Medical Intermediate Critical Care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating total nursing care for a group of patients. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal continuity of care.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement interventions to promote patient recovery and improve quality of life.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid Texas RN license or eligible compact license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
  • PCCN certification preferred but not required.
