As a recognized leader in linear actuators and advanced SCARA robotics, we are seeking an electromechanical engineer to join our engineering division. This role involves assisting clients in product selection, training, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess exceptional communication abilities. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email, and potentially on-site for our products.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Deliver product training sessions for clients.
- May involve occasional travel for trade show setups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of logic controllers.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Experience with multimeter usage.
- Efficient project scheduling capabilities.
- Competence in using hand tools.
