This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nurse educator to make a meaningful contribution to the education and development of future nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality nursing education programs that meet the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to students in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
  • Assess student learning and progress, and provide constructive feedback to support student success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the college's mission and goals.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • At least three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nursing education.
  • Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
