Key Responsibilities:- Participate in technical and commercial meetings to represent the manufacturing team's input on bill of material components.
- Lead moderate and high complexity projects or broad scope and moderate complexity, planning and managing projects related to policies or general business operations.
- Hold significant decision-making authority at the project level, leading the project team and serving as a key interface to the project or contributors.
- Develop solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion, interpreting and applying controlling business strategies or corporate policies.
- Assess risks and identify issues and solutions to efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize resource utilization with other functions, planning and scheduling work to ensure the timely completion of intermediate milestones and the overall project or program.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Solid State Physics, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering degree with experience in Board Manufacturing.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience leading projects with a Manufacturing background, working-level expertise in this technical and functional area, and an understanding of and ability to work through all its requirements.
- Preferred experience in SSD Manufacturing and/or Module development business.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $113,210 to $196,720, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
