A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, is required.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is necessary.

A strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles is also crucial.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

The base salary range for this position is $100k - $150k USD, depending on location, skills, experience, and market demands.

Additional forms of compensation may include sales incentives, bonuses, and/or equity if applicable.
