Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
  • Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participating in the care planning process
