We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participating in the care planning process.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay target for this position is $25.00 per hour.
