Middleware Support Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Middleware Support Specialist to provide on-going multi-computer site support for Middleware Software activities associated with the installation, upgrading, testing, and maintenance of Middleware software and hardware in a multiple server and multiple network operating system environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides advanced technical support of Middleware software and hardware.
- Oversees the installation, upgrade, testing, and maintenance of multiple server and network operating system environments.
- Ensures adherence to change control policies and oversees the installation and deployment of security patches across the server environment.
- Reviews and implements technical standards and procedures.
- Monitors and tunes Middleware software and hardware on a regular basis, producing statistics on performance and identifying and resolving performance problems.
- Ensures problem resolution through research, testing, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/Master's Degree may be preferred with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Middleware software and hardware, including Windows Operating System, IIS administration, Linux Operating System, and Certificate Management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and negotiation skills to interpret results, develop communications, and recommend improvements.
