Quality Assurance Intern

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our team. As a Quality Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that align with our company's mission to improve the human condition through scientific innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among employees.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75, depending on location.
- A relocation stipend of $5,000, if necessary.
