Quality Assurance Specialist

At Medtronic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of quality assurance. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspections using drawings and specifications to follow inspection procedure.
- Generate non-conforming reports on products.
- Use various measuring devices and testing equipment to inspect products.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- Experience using calipers, micrometer, height gages, pin gauges, digital multimeters, and microscope.
- Strong GDP background.

PR) locations (USD): $50,000.00 - $75,000.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $25.00 per hour.
