Job Summary:

The ISP/OSP Administrative Assistant role involves supporting the operations team in Charlotte, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team
  • Scheduling routine meetings and maintaining records
  • Creating and managing workflows, breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Providing general support to visitors and assisting with special projects
  • Supporting executive staff when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience required
  • Previous experience in Telecommunications or utilities industry highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office product proficiency (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
