Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Odin Health And Rehab Center in Clinton, CT. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Document resident care and report any concerns to the Director of Nursing.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • CNA certification in the state of Connecticut.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
