Lead the Way with VIRELLA Careers

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Lead and manage a small team of sales representatives
  • Train and develop team members on sales strategies and techniques
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience and a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
