About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive Manager to join our team at Justworks. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople to achieve sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day performance of sales team members and deliver regular reviews
  • Lead and schedule weekly team meetings with sales team and leadership
  • Track sales team metrics and report data and forecasts to leadership
  • Coach and develop direct reports to achieve sales goals
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedure
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
  • Meet predetermined team goals through the activities of direct reports
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
  • Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to support closing new business
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role
  • Minimum of 2 years or more of prior sales management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with forecasting and data-driven decision making
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing sales environments
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
What We Offer

At Justworks, we offer a competitive salary range of $155,500.00 to $171,050.00 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
