Position Overview:
This role supports the Store Manager in managing the Ecommerce division of the online retail platform. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer applications and internet navigation, along with the physical capability to stand, twist, bend, and reach for extended periods. Additionally, the candidate must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in formulating strategies and action plans to enhance website traffic, attract new clientele, boost conversion rates, and optimize sales.
  • Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
  • Engage in all facets of Ecommerce and thrift store operations, including scanning, shipping, listing, photographing, processing, and researching items.
  • Provide online customer service by responding to questions related to listed and inventoried items.
  • Collaborate with management from the thrift store and similar operations in surrounding areas.
  • Train new employees and assist in the development of individuals with disabilities.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm)

Essential Duties:
  • Manage the shipping of daily sold items.
  • Organize and process inventory efficiently.
  • Work swiftly to receive, scan, inventory, and list donations.
  • Ensure items are organized accurately.
  • Maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:
