Job Summary

Pavion is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Safety Sales Representative to join our fire business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling fire alarm systems, designing, installing, testing, and inspecting services, as well as providing repair services and alarm monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell fire alarm systems to commercial and industrial clients in the New York region
  • Design, install, test, and inspect fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide repair services and alarm monitoring to existing clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience selling fire alarm systems and emergency responder communications systems (ERCS)
  • Experience in fire and life safety in the NY Metro Market
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in selling, designing, installing, programming, testing, inspecting, and servicing life safety systems
  • Experience selling in the business-to-business commercial industrial market, including end users, general contractors, and electrical contractors
  • Experience selling Edwards products preferred
  • Knowledge of emergency responder communications systems (ERCS), as well as ARC systems, bi-directional amplifier (BDA) systems, or distributed antenna systems (DAS)
  • Bring a portfolio and book of business in the NYC Metro area
Compensation:

Base salary $100 - $120k + commission
