Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant General Manager to join our Pilates studio team at Riser Fitness, LLC. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly environment, addressing customer concerns or complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Staff Management: Assist the General Manager in supervising and managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Revenue Growth: Work with the General Manager and Sales Associates to ensure that studio membership and revenue goals are met through personal sales and training staff.
  • Studio Community: Help build the studio community by organizing and executing events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee all billing issues, assist with retail displays, sales, and inventory, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio.
  • Marketing: Work collaboratively on monthly studio plans, grassroots marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities.
  • Customer Focus: Must be customer-focused and deliver the company's high level of customer service at all times.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers and effective at learning and using the necessary software products.
