Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Detective to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and apprehend individuals suspected of theft or other dishonest behavior.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze store activity to identify potential security risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in loss prevention and security.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
