About the Role:

  • Provide critical care services to patients in a CVICU setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, making adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in Texas, at least 2 years of recent experience in CVICU, and current BLS and/or ACLS certifications. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
