Job Description:

Loss Prevention Officer II

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor employee entry and exit procedures to ensure security and compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety, hazard, and security audits of the facility to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise the disposal of damaged items, load them onto push carts, and relocate them to a safe area.
  • Conduct general investigations, inventory counts, and cycle counts throughout the facility.
  • Operate computers and office equipment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training to other employees on security procedures and protocols.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work non-traditional shifts and hours, including early mornings, swing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with CCTV systems preferred.
  • Degree in Criminal Justice or 3-5 years of experience in Security, Loss Prevention, or Law Enforcement preferred.
  • Able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification through company-provided training.
