Job Summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Laborer - Pipelayer to join our team in the Colorado Region. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing pipe-laying tasks, including laying, joining, wrapping, and sealing pipes on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay, join, align, wrap, and seal pipe sections, clay, concrete, and other types of pipes for water, gas, main, sanitary sewer, telephone, and electrical conduits.
  • Work with crew members to operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, and other equipment as directed by management.
  • Perform physical labor tasks as instructed by supervisors, including climbing and maintaining balance on scaffolds and ladders.
Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn, with good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
