Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Assign Work: Coordinate the assignment of work to reliability specialists for emergency and outage tasks.
  • Ensure Safe Work Practices: Guarantee the safe execution of work by reliability specialists, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Optimize Outage Planning: Ensure the effective planning and execution of outage activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to reliability specialists, collaborating with engineering resources as needed.
  • Coach and Mentor Specialists: Develop and mentor reliability specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Procure Resources: Ensure the timely procurement and coordination of parts and resources required for reliability center activities.
  • Optimize EAM Utilization: Ensure the effective use of EAM systems by reliability specialists, maintaining data integrity and capturing costs accurately.
  • Coordinate PM, PdM, and Project Activities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Champion Pro-Active Maintenance: Promote and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and optimize production.
  • Drive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve high-impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.

This role requires a combination of office work and field work, with occasional travel. The successful candidate must be able to work in various weather conditions and access elevated equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets.
