Nurse Specialist

About the RoleThe Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our dynamic Med Surg department. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care transitions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
